HOW DO I KNOW IF I WANT TO COMMIT TO COACHING?

I offer a 30-minute introductory phone session to briefly address a specific challenge, ask questions and get a sense of each other. I will ask you questions about your dreams, your fears, your goals, and your obstacles. Before committing to the process of coaching, we may have one or two sessions to determine if change is what you really want at this moment in your life.

HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE?

If you do decide to commit, most clients begin to make significant shifts in their thinking and feeling within the first month of coaching. Depending on your willingness to be open, your level of commitment to follow through and the depth of your challenges, significant change and confidence occur within a few months. Typically, at least a three-month commitment is what is needed for full investment in you and your life. I respect the client’s ability to terminate coaching at any time.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

You put yourself first by choosing accountability. Homework and practice of new tools and skills is essential for success. For those clients who are “homework averse,” we practice during sessions. The more engaged you are, the more risks you are willing to take and the more fearful moments you recognize and work through, the faster your progress will be. Practice is empowering, fun and remarkably effective. You change what you think and do and you change your life! You do not have to do it alone.

HOW DOES PAYMENT AND SCHEDULING WORK?

Commitment to sessions is on a monthly basis. Weekly 50-minute phone meetings are scheduled. Clients call my office at the agreed-upon time. Clients are responsible for any long distance charges.

CAN I TRUST THE CONFIDENTIALITY?

Without absolute confidentiality there is no trust. Without trust there is no coaching relationship. As your coach, my primary intention is to honor you and your process. All interaction with you by telephone, email, voice mail, snail mail is private.
