"I have benefited and grown more from this program and my relationship with Wendy than I ever did in 15 years of medication, therapy, and hospitalizations combined."

Getting Started
Commonly asked questions:
How do I know I want coaching?
I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone session to address a specific challenge and to answer any questions. Commitment to sessions is then on a monthly basis. I respect the client’s right to terminate coaching at any point.
How long is this going to take?
Most clients begin to make significant shifts in their thinking and feeling within the first month of coaching. Depending on your willingness to be open, your level of commitment to do the work, and the depth of your life challenges, change can occur in a matter of months. I teach you to coach yourself.
What do I have to do for these sessions?
Homework and practice of new tools and skills is essential for success. The more committed you are to doing the work outside of the coaching sessions, the more quickly our progress. I am committed to supporting your process.
How does scheduling and payment work?
Sessions are scheduled in one-hour time segments on a monthly basis. These can be weekly or bi-weekly phone calls. In-person sessions are also available. Clients call my office number at our scheduled time. Clients are responsible for any long distance charges.
I request monthly payments by cash, check, Visa or Master Card.
